Licence FEL 4/13 lies to the south-west of Serica’s FEL 1/09 Licence. The Aghla More Prospect is a large tilted fault block structure with over 60 sq. km areal closure and over 275 m of vertical relief and is analogous to the nearby Dooish discovery, which contained a 214 m gross wet gas-condensate column within excellent quality Permian and Jurassic aged reservoir sandstones. The Derryveagh Prospect is a large amplitude-supported stratigraphic Albian turbidite fan which is draped over the top of the Aghla More tilted fault block prospect. This stratigraphic play is well-established in the UK West of Shetlands and the Irish Porcupine Basin.  Additional upside potential is present within the Aghla Beg Prospect.
