  • Has worked with a wide range of upstream businesses throughout his career
  • Has provided financial consultancy to Serica since 2004

 

Clara Altobell

Clara Altobell


VP Technical
  • Over 20 years’ experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. 
  • Joined Serica in 2008 as a petroleum engineer working on the development of the Kambuna field. 
  • Responsible for managing the domestic and international exploration portfolio as well as providing support for the Columbus development planning.
  • Prior to joining Serica, mainly worked on engineering operations relating to exploration, development and production in Algeria
  • Held the position of non-executive director of SPE Europe

  • Over 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector, engaged primarily on commercial and business development projects in UK and overseas
  • Joined Serica in 2017 following eight years at JX Nippon UK, most recently as Deputy General Manager
  • Wide experience in commercial and business development in the independent and large cap sectors
  • Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and Chartered Institute of Taxation
  • Board member of Mediation Hertfordshire

 

Danny Fewkes

Danny Fewkes


Group Treasurer
  • Over 20 years’ experience in various financial roles, primarily focusing on the oil and gas sector.
  • Joined Serica in January 2006 following its listing on AIM; appointed as Group Treasurer in June 2015.
  • Significant involvement in the company’s corporate and asset transactions, including equity offerings, debt facility financing, South East Asia interest disposals and the acquisition of an 18% Erskine interest from BP
  • Qualified as a chartered accountant at Price Waterhouse and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
