Recruitment agencies
Serica will only pay agency fees where a formal written agreement is in place between Serica’s human resources team and the recruitment agency before any CV or candidate information is submitted. If a third party submits or presents a candidate without such an agreement, Serica reserves the right to contact, consider and hire that candidate directly, without incurring any fee or obligation to the agency.
Important security notice: false employment offers warning
Please be aware that fraudulent organisations may attempt to issue false job offers claiming to represent Serica Energy or its associated companies. These scams often request sensitive personal information – such as bank account or passport details – or ask candidates to make payments for immigration or entry clearance processing.
These communications do not come from Serica Energy and should be ignored.
Serica will never request money, credit card details, or personal financial information during the recruitment process. A genuine job offer from Serica will only be made after a formal interview conducted through our official channels.
If you receive an unsolicited job offer claiming to be from Serica, please do not share any personal information or make any payments. Report the incident to the website, publication or agency where the advertisement appeared, as well as to the relevant authorities.
