• Over 30 years' experience in oil and gas financing and advisory roles across a number of investment banks with extensive North Sea transaction and financing experience

• Most recently Principal at energy advisory firm Kirk Lovegrove & Co. Ltd where he acted as advisor to Tailwind Energy on its sale to the Company in 2023 as well as advising JX Nippon on the sale of its UKCS business to Neo Energy

• Prior to that, led RBC's EMEA energy team where he advised Premier Oil on its reverse takeover by Chrysaor to create Harbour Energy, as well as Ithaca Energy on its acquisition by Delek

• Appointed to the Board of Serica in February 2024

• Over 25 years’ experience in the oil, gas and chemicals industry in operational management roles and frontline operations

• Responsible for the safe and reliable operation of Serica’s producing assets

• Previously Operations Manager for Bruce, Magnus, ETAP and Sullom Voe Terminal for BP and, before that, Operations Manager for the Coryton Refinery for Petroplus

• Chartered Chemical Engineer and member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers

Protect Serica’s reputation, licence to operate and contractual interests; joined in 2017

• Over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector

• Wide experience in commercial and business development in UK and overseas working for both independents and majors

• Worked extensively on Bruce/Keith/Rhum and Tailwind Energy acquisitions

• Over 25 years’ experience in human resources across multiple sectors

• Most recently EVP People and Culture at Ithaca Energy plc, where she led the organisation and people agenda for the merger with Eni UK

• Prior to that, held senior management roles including at EnQuest plc, Repsol Sinopec Resources UK, Talisman Energy UK and BBA plc

• Master’s of Law in Employment Law, and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

Protects and optimises value from Serica’s non-operated assets in line with the Company’s strategy; joined in 2025

• Over 20 years’ experience in Italy, the UK and North Africa in business development, portfolio management, contract negotiation and strategic planning in the oil and gas industry

• Responsible for supporting the safe and reliable operation of Serica’s non-operated assets including its interests in the Triton area

• Alessandro led the expansion of Edison from Italy into the UK and managed the UK entity portfolio of production, and exploration assets. Following that, he founded Prax Upstream and led it through the acquisition of Hurricane Energy and subsequent GLA, GEAD and Catcher deals

• His E&P career spans Eni, Edison, Energean and Prax having started his career with Merrill Lynch in London

• Alessandro holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from INSEAD.

• Previously worked in the international energy team at the global law firm Dentons (London / Dubai) and in-house at Eneos / JX Nippon (London) before establishing and running a successful energy industry consultancy where he led a team providing legal, commercial and general management services to multiple oil & gas, clean tech and service sector companies
