Role Purpose

The position will be a support role to the Operations team that work across the North Sea asset base.  Successfully co-ordinate multiple interfaces and work streams. 

Areas of Responsibility

Geographical Span: Serica Assets- UKCS

Direct Reports: No
Travel Required: Occasional as required

Main Tasks

  • Tracking and reporting on plans and budgets
  • Utilising a variety of web based reporting systems to carry out performance measurement and benchmarking
  • Maintaining registers and data gathered from a variety of web-based systems
  • Ensuring all data is gathered and reported in a consistent and reliable manner
  • Co-ordinating 3rd party support to technical teams
  • General Admin support to management teams
  • General Admin support to the wider office team & facilities
  • Creation and control of presentation materials
  • Collation of monthly reports
  • Assisting with collating of any material for newsletters and other related publications or communications
  • Preparing and providing control over presentation materials
  • Providing assistance with travel, visa and hotel bookings as required
  • Providing general administrative support for all Operations personnel

  • Good communication (both verbal & written) in English
  • Strong team working skills and the ability to work with all levels of personnel
  • Ability to plan and manage workload within challenging timetable
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry or within the Petrochemicals Industry
